We've truly upped the quality when it comes to our Sworn Anorak Jacket. This piece features a 100% Polyester body made with durable 'Ripstop' fabrics. This construction means that this piece is not only water resistant but also resists any ripping and tearing that can be caused during constant wears or harsh weather conditions. Additionally, this item can be packed up and folded in its own pouch which also has a hidden slot within the pouch to run your headphone cables up to the hood without showing.

    Where is my tracking number?

    As mentioned in our Shipping & Handling page, orders are processed within 2-5 business days after completing your order (excluding holidays and pre-sale items). Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order.

    Can I return my item for a refund?

    Sworn To Us handles returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, refunds and/or cancellations are generally not allowed for online purchases. We do offer an exchange policy

    Please note that any authorized refunds will be issued with store credit.

    We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

    Do I get a return label?

    Sworn To Us handles returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Should the item be incorrectly shipped and/or damaged, then we will issue a pre-paid label. However, if the item simply did not fit or if you would like another item style or color, then any and all return cost(s) associated are responsible by the customer. 

    Please note: while we do not require it, we recommend customers insure their returns as we are not responsible for any lost and/or mishandled packages.

    How can I get sponsored?

    Unfortunately, we do not sponsor anyone. You are welcome to view our Referral program, though. 

    Why does my promo code not work?

    Please make sure your code is entered correctly. Promotional codes do expire, some are a one-time offer only - please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.

    If you have received a unique code from one of our team members, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. 

    All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

    All items fit true-to-size unless specified otherwise in the product description. We do our best to adequately describe each product.

    When will [insert style] be restocked?

    Unfortunately, we do no restock every style and/or colorway. The best way to secure your item and size is to purchase as soon as the item becomes available to the public. However, there are some styles in which we try to keep constant stock in. If the item is no longer visible on our site, chances are that the item will no longer be produced. 

    Order Processing
    Please read the following carefully: On average, orders and processed within 2-5 business days (M-Fafter completing your order (excluding weekends, holidays and pre-sale items).
    Paying for Priority Shipping only gives you a faster transit time, it will not expedite the orders handling and processing time. 
    In order to expedite your order processing time, please make sure to verify all information before completing your purchase in order to avoid any setbacks or delays.
    We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

    Please note: We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages. It is important for customers who live in apartment complexes to stay up to date with their tracking and delivery in order to avoid missing or stolen packages. We offer the option to require a signature confirmation upon delivery in order to best track the handling of your order.

    We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages caused by USPS or UPS.

    Tracking Information 
    Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active and begin to see updates. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2-5 business days, please feel free to reach us directly via e-mail.

    Delivery Information
    Sworn To Us is not responsible for the physical delivery of packages. In the event that a package is lost or misplaced, it is recommended to contact your local delivery service (based on method at checkout: i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.) to gather more information on the physical delivery of the package(s) and/or to file a claim. In the event that a package is lost, we will help retrieve the package in any way we can. Please contact us at contact@sworntous.com for additional information.

    International Orders
    International orders are subject to customs fees in their country of destination. Sworn To Us is not responsible for any additional fees associated with the order in other countries. In the event that an order is refused based off of fees, the package will be returned to us and there will be a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit to the customer. Please note that shipping fees are not included.
