Where is my tracking number?

Can I return my item for a refund?
Sworn To Us handles returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, refunds and/or cancellations are generally not allowed for online purchases. We do offer an exchange policy
Please note that any authorized refunds will be issued with store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
Do I get a return label?
Sworn To Us handles returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Should the item be incorrectly shipped and/or damaged, then we will issue a pre-paid label. However, if the item simply did not fit or if you would like another item style or color, then any and all return cost(s) associated are responsible by the customer.
Please note: while we do not require it, we recommend customers insure their returns as we are not responsible for any lost and/or mishandled packages.

Why does my promo code not work?
Please make sure your code is entered correctly. Promotional codes do expire, some are a one-time offer only - please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.
If you have received a unique code from one of our team members, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs.

All items fit true-to-size unless specified otherwise in the product description. We do our best to adequately describe each product.

Unfortunately we do no restock every style and/or color way. The best way to secure your item and size is to purchase as soon as the item becomes available to the public. However, there are some styles in which we try to keep constant stock in. If the item is no longer visible on our site, chances are that the item will no longer be produced.
