Sworn To Us understands that sometimes things don't quite work out. Therefore we handle returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—we’re all about treating everyone like family. We feel that the better the overall experience is with us, the better relationship we develop with each customer and maintain a long-lasting relationship with one another.  

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • All return/exchange requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for return/exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns
  • Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as Sworn To Us is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.
  • Sworn To Us has the right to refuse any return.
  • All “sale” items are final. If any exchanges are approved, they will be provided via store credit for the lowest sale price paid. 
  • All collaboration or event collections are final sale 
  • Refunds will not be issued unless the item is returned, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: All refunds, order cancellations, Paypal disputes, and chargebacks will be issued via store credit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
