Return/Exchange Policy:
  • All return/exchange requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
  • Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for return/exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns
  • Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as Sworn To Us is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.
  • Sworn To Us has the right to refuse any return.
  • All “sale” items are final. If any exchanges are approved, they will be provided via store credit for the lowest sale price paid. 


Please note: All refunds, order cancellations, Paypal disputes, and chargebacks will be issued via store credit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
