Where is my tracking number?

As mentioned in our Shipping & Handling page, orders are processed within 2-5 business days after completing your order (excluding holidays and pre-sale items). Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order.

Can I return my item for a refund?

Sworn To Us handles returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, refunds and/or cancellations are generally not allowed for online purchases. We do offer an exchange policy

Please note that any authorized refunds will be issued with store credit.

How can I get sponsored?

Unfortunately we do no sponsor anyone. You are welcome to view our Referral program, though. 

Why does my promo code not work?

Please make sure your code is entered correctly. Promotional codes do expire, some are a one-time offer only - please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.

If you have received a unique code from one of our team members, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. 

All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
